Sick Baby

Just before I left Saturday night I went to check on Emma and she had a fever, we dosed her with Tylenol and put her back to bed. When I got home and checked on her she still had a fever, we gave her more Tylenol and she went back to sleep. The next day I took her with me to my friends house, she mostly played in a chair and stayed close by. Normally she is all over every which way there is possible. She started to get warm again after a couple hours so I took her home and dosed her one more time. I woke up at 4am to check on her and literally thought the thermometer was broken because it said 106. We loaded her right up and took her to the hospital. They checked everything they could and sent us back home after giving her Motrin and Tylenol with no answer other than check back with your own doctor tomorrow (today since it was 6am). When she woke back up from her nap at 104 we headed back to our doctor. Still no answers. Other than the runs because she would only eat fruit no other symptoms. Today she was fever free for only a couple hours then it started going back up. We took turns sleeping in her room last night, guess Arch will be spending the night on the mat in her room again. She has another doctor appt tomorrow, maybe they will come up with something by then. Till then we are supposed to be watching her for Roseola.
*** Update, there is no update. Em went back to the doctor today still with a low grade fever. Their only guess is coupled with the runs she has had might be a touch of the flu.

Poor Little Emma Grace. We hope she feels better soon. Both the twins had Roseola (late spring) and it was a nightmare-of course we didn't initially know it was that but they had high fevers for 3 days, very lethargic, up all night with them, then all of a sudden, the fever was gone and they were covered in rash. They had it 8 weeks apart so was weird that they didn't have it at the same time. Hopefully Emma will be better SOON!!!
