Tonight we bundled up and went to see the Zoo lights, it was very cold but alot of fun. We met our friends Tiffany, Andy and baby Kaitlyn. We loved the hundreds of displays of lights, some were very creative. We walked around a little, got some hot chocolate which Archie and I both spilled on ourselves and Emma despite our best intentions. Sometimes it is hard to be coordinated when you have 5 million layers on. After we hid out from the very short freezing rain spurt we headed to the train. We sat in front of Tiff and Andy so they got to watch Emma go up and down like she was on a bus all thru the town . It was a very short train ride that I didn't see most of because as I said I was watching Emma go up and down and by the way the seats are metal, below freezing temps hmmm what does that tell you. I don't know if we ever decided which was our favorite the peacock, slinky or aquarium display, but they were all beautiful. We did get to see the new baby elephant that was born in August, 6 months old and 650lbs sounds about right to me. He was all cuddled up sleeping under his mom. We ended our night by all enjoying Chinese food for dinner, except I think most of Emma's ended up on the floor. (You are not the only one, Annmarie)
