I cannot stand appliance shopping but we are in the dark ages where our tv is concerned. We have turned into the family that literally had 4 tvs to watching this little minuscule tv in the kitchen since the switch over because that is the only one for some reason plugged into that stupid tv box the people that didn't have cable had to buy. Yes we do not have cable and haven't had it in the 10 years I have lived here, but you can bet your bottom dollar we are getting it as soon as we get the new tv! I cannot take one more time of rescanning for channels or moving the wrong way and the picture freezes up. Anyway, we went shopping for the 2nd time which I mistakenly believed was to go get a tv since we had already spent another prior evening "looking".
While my husband was shopping I got to entertain the little girl. She wanted to walk, and the answer is unequivocally no, not in Best Buy. Walking for her is running up and down every aisle as far away from you as she can get because she thinks it is a free for all and tries to see how fast she can run! So we went to the movie section and we were not allowed to walk past the Backyardigan section (she is obsessed) because if I did she screamed "that way" pointing back at that section. So I got to stand there (if I didn't want to hear the screaming which sometimes is soooo much easier!) and look at each and every Backyardigan dvd. Fun times, no!
